Commission Prayer Network

Mission Statement

Interdenominational Intercessory Prayer Network is an association of churches, families and community leaders that have combined their forces in the supernatural realm of prayer in order to bring down the stronghold of spiritual wickedness from over our communities. We believe the passionate prayers of true believers are answered by God. The primary purpose of the Prayer Network is to partner with our public officials in praying at local municipalities. Our prayer focus is Government, Communities, Churches and Families.

I Timothy 2:1-3 1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour.

Who is involved in the network??

The prayer association encourages and invites anyone to come and pray during our one-hour sessions if they are willing to take directives from the individuals who are in charge of the sessions.

What is the primary focus of the network??

The focus of the network will primarily be that of praying for a spiritual breakthrough for our communities, churches, families and nation.

When will the network meet??

The network will host its prayer sessions throughout the Tri-county area on a daily basis for one hour.

Where will the network mmeeeett??

The network of local churches, families, and municipalities, known as Network Prayer Centers, will host a meeting at least one day per week for one hour. Members of the network’s core group will meet at random times and locations at the various Network Prayer Centers. The local church is asked to select one day per week for one hour in which the doors of the church will be open for anyone to come in and pray with the supervision of a prayer captain. Families will meet weekly in the home for period of prayer and devotion.

Why is the network necessary??

The crime rate in the tri-county area, particularly the murder rate, is nearly the highest in any given metropolitan city in the United States. For the numerical size of the Tri-county area, in percentage it is probably the highest. This alarming statistic is not decreasing but increasing. Without a divine intervention it is not likely to decrease but escalate. The bible has given us a remedy for this fiasco and it is found in 2 Chronicles 7:12-14, “And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice. If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

Until God’s people remove the barriers of denomination and disunity, God will not favor our city, but the community that prays together will destroy the yoke of the enemy. It is time for the Kingdom to come on earth as it is in Heaven. Heaven has no division, Satan was kicked out before the creation of humanity and now his season on earth among the believers has expired. It is our season as a body of spirit filled believers to walk in “Kingdom Empowerment Principles.
